Compu-Mail employs robust encryption policies to safeguard and continually monitor all PHI and PII data and transactions. We have implemented multiple firewalls and routers to filter out unauthorized inbound network traffic and only allow connections that are explicitly authorized, adhering to a “deny all, allow by exception” policy. We also enforce stringent password policies that include complexity requirements, strength assessments, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and lock-out mechanisms.
Compu-Mail conducts qualified vulnerability penetration testing to assess our security measures annually.
Our facilities at Compu-Mail feature monitored access control systems to secure exterior entrances and internal production areas where sensitive information is produced or stored 24/7. All our employees are required to wear company-issued identification badges that include their name, photo, role, certifications, and security access code level.
Furthermore, Compu-Mail follows rigorous Risk Assessment and Mitigation policies to identify, evaluate, and proactively mitigate risks, following NIST guidelines. We maintain continuous monitoring of our facility network and access to enhance security measures.
