Kelly Stevens is the Executive Director of Process Improvement & Marketing Communications at Compu-Mail, where she leads compliance communications, operational process improvement, and strategic marketing initiatives for highly regulated industries.

With a background spanning education, compliance, graphic design, and marketing communications, Kelly specializes in translating complex regulatory and security requirements into practical communication strategies and operational standards. She plays a key role in supporting Compu-Mail’s SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, HITRUST, USPS Election Mail, and G7 certification initiatives.

Kelly holds a Master’s Degree from North Carolina Central University and regularly writes about secure communications, compliance-driven marketing, direct mail strategy, and omnichannel customer engagement.
