Move Consolidates Print & Mail Facilities Under One Roof
Grand Island, NY, August 14, 2012 – Compu-Mail Direct Marketing recently completed their move to 3235 Grand Island Boulevard, Grand Island, NY, a facility with more than 40,000 s.f. of space. The new building allows Compu-Mail to house its rapidly growing print and mail operations in one location, consolidating two facilities previously located in Niagara Falls, NY, and Sanborn, NY. The new facility also includes a dedicated postal sub-station operated directly by the United States Postal Service to manage the high volume of mail sent through Compu-Mail on behalf of clients.
The move approximately doubles production capacity and provides ample space for the company’s nearly 100 current employees, with room to grow. Printing and lettershop equipment has been fully transitioned to the new building. This includes the company’s two Xerox iGen4 digital presses, which make Compu-Mail the largest supplier of four-color digital printing in Western New York.
Remarking on the acquisition of the new building, Compu-Mail president Michael Vitch stated,
“Quite frankly, our business outgrew our previous facilities. The Grand Island building is a perfect fit for our needs and was already outfitted with the production space we require. We look forward to continuing to provide the high level of service our customers expect from Compu-Mail and to continued growth.”
