The Challenge

A regional not-for-profit health insurance plan provider hired Compu-Mail to produce their critical customer and member communications. Compu-Mail has identified a way to streamline the process and provide production and postal efficiencies.

The Solution

Compu-Mail handles several different programs for the health insurance plan provider and automates the process of receiving and preparing files for print using their Document Transformation Engine (DTE).

This process includes taking the print-ready artwork and utilizing the DTE to create efficiencies by adding three barcodes: member verification for HIPAA compliance, postal automation for lowest rates, and document match assurance to maintain member/customer integrity for multiple communications.

The health insurance plan provider has saved 15% in overall costs with the DTE.
