Grand Island, NY, May 4, 2017 - Compu-Mail has installed at its Grand Island facility two Xerox Rialto 900 Inkjet Presses. The two machines are each capable of color continuous feed printing at print resolutions of 600 x 600 dpi x 2-bit.

Rich Baker, COO of Compu-Mail, noted that the addition of these machines further launches Compu-Mail to the forefront of variable print technology.

“Our long-standing relationship with Xerox led to us being early adopters of this technology. We are excited to be part of a select group to adopt the short web inkjet,” said Baker. “We are pleased with the growth of our inkjet fleet and look forward to creating further efficiencies in our day-to-day operations.”

The new equipment joins an Océ VarioPrint i300 color digital press, multiple iGen4 color digital presses, several black and white inkjet printers, and a full array of bindery and lettershop equipment. With the added capacity, Compu-Mail continues to produce high quality fully variable color digital print to enable clients to reach customers with unique and targeted messages.
